The National Association of State Chief Information Officers (NASCIO) today announced two new leadership changes.

Michael Hussey, CIO for the State of Utah, will now serve as the organization’s vice president. Hussey replaces Denis Goulet, commissioner and CIO for the State of New Hampshire, who became president late last month. Goulet vacated the vice presidency after the then-President of NASCIO J. Eric Boyette was tapped to become North Carolina’s new Secretary of Transportation. Hussey was elected to NASCIO’s Executive Committee in October 2018.

NASCIO also announced that Nelson Moe, CIO for the Commonwealth of Virginia, will now serve as a director to the association’s Executive Committee.
