The University of Missouri–St. Louis (UMSL) has tapped retired Vice Admiral Robert Sharp, the former director of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), to serve as a research fellow with the UMSL Geospatial Collaborative.

Harris-Stowe State University (HSSU), in collaboration with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), is hosting a group of undergraduate students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) for a month-long HBCU GEOINT Undergraduate Research Experience Summer Immersion Program in St. Louis.

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and the University of Missouri: St. Louis (UMSL) are joining forces to create a geospatial talent pipeline that supports student learning from K-12, college, and beyond.
