The New York City Department of Transportation (DoT) has launched the ParkNYC app, which is intended to make life easier for drivers paying to park in the city.

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas talked about election security and cybersecurity threats to the U.S., among other priority issues, at a House Judiciary Committee hearing on July 26 aimed at DHS oversight.

The city of Baltimore has selected NWN Carousel as its private sector partner for the city’s $6.5 million investment in a next-generation public safety program. NWN Carousel, a cloud communications service provider, will help the city deploy a “911-in-a-Box” hybrid work experience for public safety agents tasked with taking 1.3 million calls per year.
