CityGrows is a cloud-based workflow and transparency platform for local governments. The Center for Digital Government announced the 2016 Digital Cities Survey winners. The annual survey, now in its 15th year, honors cities that use tech to improve citizen services, enhance transparency, and encourage citizen engagement.
