DBITS is a Cooperative Contract that has been negotiated and awarded through the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Cooperative Contract Program. This allows eligible customers to procure Deliverables-Based Information Technology Services through the providers who have been selected and awarded a DIR DBITS Cooperative contract. DBITS is for project-based IT services only; hardware and software may not be procured on this vehicle.
