Denis Goulet

Denis Goulet is a high energy, globally oriented, technology executive with a history of progressive IT leadership. He’s experienced at deriving business value by implementing and optimizing business process and technology. Denis is recognized as a collaborative business partner, who effectively focuses IT investments on business priorities. He has a long track record of implementing organizational change, and creating IT organizations that are business focused, accountable, and results oriented.

Under State of New Hampshire RSA 21-R, Goulet leads the IT function for the state. As an appointed official, he works closely with the Governor, executive and legislative branch officials, and other stakeholders to develop IT policy and solutions to serve the citizens of New Hampshire through the operations of state government.
